"We found the property to be much further from Inverness than we thought. It was difficult to find and my call to the property management company to assist with direction was never returned. It is a nice bungalow with a lovely view in a quiet setting. It was raining and cold, but the radiant heat was set low and it took overnight to be warm enough to be comfortable. There was a small electric radiant heater in the bedroom that did not provide adequate heat. We decided not to stay the next 2...

"We had a lovely stay in Pheasant Lodge, which is in a quiet setting, surrounded by birdsong. It was beautifully clean and had all that we needed.If you enjoy swimming, then the pool is a real bonus - not least because you can book your slot the day before and we were able to enjoy it to ourselves. The changing rooms and pool were both immaculate and the water temperature was just right and our three children had great fun.Thank you, owners!Glen Affric has some lovely walks. "Our family of 5 stayed at the cottage for two nights and we so wished we could have stayed longer! It is a beautiful log cottage, eclectically furnished and decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. We used both the hot tub and the sauna after a long day’s hike and loved the view toward Loch Ness. Highly recommend. "

"The location of this property was absolutely amazing! Loch Lochy is just a few steps from the front door, and the views of the mountains surrounding you can be seen from every window of the house. We stayed here with 4 adults and 1 teen, and had room for all. Communication with the property owner was easy, and the location was a great jumping off point for exploration of the west coast/Highlands. Highly recommend!"
