"Vi fik ingen ingen email eller sms om selvindtjekning, hvilket vi skulle have haft. Jeg ringede adskillige gange på det angivne telefonnummer i dagene før indtjekning, men det virker ikke. Det samme telefonnummer stod på indgangsdøren, men virkede stadig ikke. Vi kom kun ind fordi det kom nogle andre gæster, der boede der. Men vi vidste heller ikke hvilket værelse, vi skulle have. Så vi fandt et værelse, der passede nogenlunde med beskrivelsen, og det var en nøgle til døren. Så det tog vi. Og så...

"Generelt et godt hotel med godt personale, men støj fra baren til efter 23.00 og renovation af en swimmingpool fra 07.15 er bare ikke fedt når man rejser med børn og der er den mængde støj. Det fjerner luksus følelsen"
