"The hotel was in a good location for hiking and biking up in mountain. Overall a good experience with an excellent spa. Only minus would be my room was located next to the reception so you could hear people talking and music but only faintly. It was quiet during the night tough. And the breakfast was a little disappointing with the section for a 4 star hotel. Worse thing would be they served frozen and not fresh fruit. Personal was friendly and helpful. "

"Avevamo la camera numero 1. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura senza grandi pretese ma purtroppo ha deluso anche quei pochi standard che dovrebbe avere. Comunicazione pressoché assente, abbiamo dovuto contattare sempre noi il referente per avere informazioni base per il check-in e check-out. La camera era davvero messa male, il gabinetto era staccato dal pavimento, la doccia era in realtà una piccola vasca con un doccino attaccato alla parete che non essendo regolabile permetteva di lavarsi solo...

"Vilaflor is truly a hidden gem in Tenerife. And to be able to stay in such a quiet, affordable, simple and well-run place was a joy. The staff were nice and helpful and the place simply had a very beautiful charm. In the mountains you can relax and breathe and we really appreciated having Ziggys as a temporary home. This makes us happy to come back!"

"Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, wir hatten eines mit Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, aber vor allem war der Blick über die Wolken unvergleichlich schön! Der Service war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Ziggys is a really nice place, staff is friendly and breakfast is simple but very good. We visited in winter and the room radiator had a little trouble heating the room well, so I recommend you take warm pyjamas (the provided blankets did the job though)."
