"I wouldn't call the place a hotel. It's probably closer to a hostel. However, it was clean and within walking distance of the city center. If you need an affordable bed near Toronto center it will be fine. If you expect a regular hotel experience, you should probably look for another hotel."

"Lovely little place to stay in downtown Toronto! I’ve stayed here twice now. It’s very convenient and safe inside. The room I was in had everything I needed for my short stay and the staff are very nice. The area outside is a little sketchy with a church across the street that allows a large homeless encampment to stay there but just keep your head up and you’ll be fine. Other than that the area is great for food and shopping. "
