"Rene, store værelser, tæt på ALT med shopping pg transport. Morgenmad er kedelig og passer ikke til prisen som i øvrigt kun kan tilkøbes på stedet."

"Udsigten var fantastisk, men det var ikke en balkon som lovet, men bare en dør som kunne åbnes. Første værelse vi fik havde punkteret vindue og når man betaler for udsigt, så gav det ikke mening. Vi fik dog andet og bedre værelse, dog stadig ikke med balkon"

"I booked a 4 day stay at the Oakes hotel for our honeymoon, took us a few hours to drive there, when we arrived the whole place reeked of chlorine, enterance was chaotic and so noisy. We went up to the reception desk and was asked the name of booking, was told of thats a nice room and then listed up all the good stuff about the room. Then added that sadly due to Plumming... they could not give us the room.. But they could give us a new hotel, thats even better, with a better room for same price and everything.. So I looked it up, and we would lose about $400 at the other hotel, which were a BIG downgrade.. I asked them to cancel the booking, but sadly they couldnt help, that was only their manager who could, but she wouldnt be on job until 1am and we had until 12am to cancel the booking, so they couldnt do anything. Had to sit almost 1.5hr with hotels.com before they finaly canceled our booking.. Then we spend the rest of our wedding day driving 3hours home.. When we got back home, we checked reviews and was surprised how many time this have happend to people due to "Plumming". I dont know what kind of scam they are running, but I would encourage you to stay anywhere else, like at the Great Woof Lodge if you have kids, same price and you get so much more. Dont come here, you are going to be very very disapointed..."
