"Nice Old house. It is a bit tired but everything is in working order. The upstairs bathrooms were small especially the shower stalls. Adding some hand grab bars in the tub shower would have been appreciated as we did have one minor fall. Overall this was a very convenient location and we had a good time."

"We just had our small family wedding at the property. The rooms are spacious, most with washrooms and showers, lots of outdoor space for activities. We enjoyed billiard pool, darts and karaoke for indoor activities. The private beach with the paddleboat, kayaks and canoe was awesome. Our family had a wonderful time!"

"Overall, the appartment was kind of sketchy. It is definitely not beautiful, and if it was newly renovated, it is in need of more renovation. There is peeling paint in places, some of the baseboards are coming off, all the heat/ventilating registers are all covered over with tape and paper, doorknobs don't work, mousetraps were set in various places. It was also quite dirty - it doesn't look like the appartment in the picture. It also should be noted in the ad that it is a basement appartment....

"We were in town attending a wedding the weekend during which Taylor Swift was in Toronto, and so most places downtown were either booked or exorbitantly expensive. We were happy to find this place in Markham, just off the 407, which allowed for a speedy arrival and departure from the city. They did not return my deposit in full because they claimed that I caused damages to the property, which I definitely disagree with. So far, I have not found a way to get my money back. "
