"From the moment of arrival the staff were so friendly and accommodating to ensure we were looked after, even keeping the restaurant open just a bit late to allow us to squeeze in a meal. The compact and historic property contains a pleasant pub and separate restaurant and about 11 boutique and cozy rooms. The complimentary breakfast was very high quality also. Overall an absolute treat finding this gem in Fergus. "

"Staff are very accommodating. Our room is clean and has a good size balcony with a nice view. Breakfast is ok, typical continental breakfast. Overall the place is well maintained, with a nice restaurant that is easy access from the inn. "

"Checkin var svær. Der var intet personale i nr 460 som beskrevet. Jeg fik først fat i personalet, da jeg ringede til dem.
Jeg havde et single room, som var rent, pænt. Der var kaffemaskine, microovn, bestik og service.
Lige ved siden af ligger der en rigtig god restaurant.
Det koster under 10 dollar at tage en Uber downtown. Jeg bestilte Uber fra lufthavnen for 59 dollar"

"The Charles is perfectly located for exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and by being at the end of the shopping area it avoids having the tourist crowds.
All the Staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Special call-out to the breakfast staff who were exceptional.
The food at Breakfast (omelette- wow) and fine-dining in The Hobnob was also exceptional.
The building is charming and beautiful, but looking tired with flaking paint and wobbly paving. Although there are...
