It's set well back from the road, access through shared drive, Little Owls Nest is a haven for wildlife, this cosy cottage will suit holiday makers who enjoy being surrounded by picturesque countryside, wonderful walking opportunities Great for families or couples with plenty to do close by and perfectly situated for exploring West Norfolk. We are wheelchair friendly too!

🏠 The cottage comes with many amenities. Including:
-Lounge/kitchen area with large screen TV and DVD Player
-Solid oak wooden floors, solid oak doors to all rooms, & under floor heating in all rooms
-Kitchen has high gloss units, dishwasher, oven and grill, espresso machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing Board, washing up liquid, cleaning Products, cling film, baking foil, kitchen roll. Equipment that would be needed to make a Birthday Cake and/or Christmas Lunch.

🛏️ Bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1 has views of garden/field with lovely wrought iron double bed with chandelier
-Bedroom 2 has two single beds with chandelier
-A shower room with a very large shower, shaver socket, fully tiled
-Toiletries and hairdryer provided
-Heated Towel rail & 2 towels per guest (not Beach Towels)

🌿 Use of field with lovely views over open countryside, and you're welcome to feed our hens /duck. Other key notes:

⚡️Regrettably Wi-Fi is not very good at the barn due to it being in a Norfolk Not-Spot. If you need good internet access we suggest bringing a mobile dongle as access to 3G & 4G
