The Space:

The bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, a convenient twin bed for extra sleeping space, and a TV, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

In the living room, the sofa pulls out to offer additional sleeping space for two, as well a chair pullout providing extra space for a small child.

Cozy up by the electric fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the TV.



After a fun day by the lake or exploring Traverse City, relax in the spacious, newly renovated bathroom with a large two-person jacuzzi tub.

Please note that the tub will only fully fill when used by two people, due to water heater capacity.

The bathroom is fully stocked with essentials—linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap—and includes a stackable washer/dryer with laundry detergent for your convenience.



When you’re ready to venture outside, grab the beach towels provided and head to the expansive 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub, available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.



**Please keep in mind the Beachside Condos are located along a busy road, so earplugs and sound machines are provided for a restful night’s sleep.**

The Neighborhood:

Want to get out on that gorgeous turquoise water? A public launch with watersports rentals is right next door! Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown, which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.



There is one parking space allowed per condo.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
