THE ACCOMMODATION
Size: 20 m².
The studio consists of a main living area with a lounge corner, workspace, and television; a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster); a shower room with shower and WC; and a mezzanine sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed and storage. Access to the sleeping area is via a ladder.

AMENITIES & INCLUDED
Wi-Fi. Bed linen provided + 1 large towel per person included. No washing machine (laundromat approximately a 6-minute walk away).

LOCATION
Close to the Stadium, the banks of the Garonne, shops, and restaurants. Saint-Michel / Palais de Justice metro station within walking distance. Tram lines T1 and T2 nearby (12-minute walk).

20 m² studio: photos may sometimes give an impression of a larger space; this is to allow visibility of the entire apartment.
Low mezzanine accessed by ladder: may not be suitable for everyone.
Reduced ceiling height near the mezzanine, kitchen, and shower room (please note if you are tall).
Ground-floor apartment, which may be somewhat dark.
No air conditioning: the apartment may be warm in summer. Limited ventilation due to the layout.

Self check-in via key box.
⚠️ First entry strictly before 9:00 p.m.: access to the building requires a manually triggered remote opening by the concierge.
👉 After 9:00 p.m., entry will not be possible.
Check-in from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Assistance available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., primarily via messaging; phone calls only in case of emergency.
Optional, subject to availability: early check-in from 2:00 p.m. or late check-out until 1:00 p.m.: €15.

ABOUT US
We are a concierge service managing privately owned properties. These are not hotels: each accommodation has its own charm as well as constraints (size, layout, ceiling height, natural light, etc.). No linen changes are provided during the stay, regardless of length. An additional linen kit is available for €15. Assistance is provided primarily via messaging, with phone support only in case of emergency, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
