The Space:

Mornings feel unhurried, whether you’re sipping coffee at the indoor table or stepping out onto the patio for a quiet breath of fresh air. Evenings invite relaxed gatherings after a day of exploring Tampa‑area attractions, with the gentle hum of the gated community providing a comforting backdrop.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and every bedroom opens onto its own full bathroom, giving each guest privacy and convenience. The layout comfortably sleeps eight, making it ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together.



Living space

The spacious first‑floor living area offers ample room for everyone to gather, watch TV, or plan the next day’s adventures. A small patio off the living room provides outdoor seating for two, perfect for a sunrise coffee or an evening breeze.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with generous counter space lets you prepare simple breakfasts or relaxed dinners at home. The adjacent dining area and a cozy breakfast nook keep meals informal and connected, encouraging conversation while you eat.



Work & laundry

An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, and a dedicated workspace with reliable WiFi supports remote work or trip planning whenever you need it.



Community amenities

Guests enjoy shared community amenities, including a pool, gym, and clubhouse. Outdoor facilities feature a basketball court, grill areas, and walking or biking trails, offering options for both activity and downtime without leaving the community.



Location & access

Located in a gated community in Lutz, the unit offers a calm home base with a security guard on site for peace of mind. Parking is available in visitor‑labeled spaces on a first‑come, first‑serve basis, with up to three spots accessible. Short drives bring you to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens, and nearby parks, balancing outings with time at home.



Pet policy

Pet‑friendly, the space welcomes your furry companions, making it easy to travel with pets and enjoy a longer stay in comfortable, practical surroundings.



This first‑floor retreat blends convenience, comfort, and community, giving you a relaxed base from which to explore the vibrant Florida area at your own pace.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
