Everything from the booking to anytime I had a question was very fast response. It was my 50th birthday and we had friends come with us and we all had a blast. We loved the games that was at the house, just sitting in the outdoor furniture enjoying the evenings and the quietness of the area. It was so close to anything we wanted to do but still out of the hustle and bustle.

We absolutely loved the location, the layout of the cabin was wonderful. It was very clean! Communication leading up to the stay was great. We did wish there was warmer or better bedding covers and more pillows. Minimal at best for those items. The mattresses all could have used updating in the three main rooms, they were not the most comfy but maybe manageable with better covers and pillows. The biggest need was a larger or additional dinning seating. Possibly a large outdoor table for dinning on the porch would help off self the standard seating inside. For large families that is a big help to have more seating for meal time. Our main issue was with the Outlets in the kitchen, we had several family meals planned but the first morning the outlets stopped working, the reset switch would not work and the breaker panel was locked in a closet. We of course wanted to be there when someone came in to repair. We was their till 5pm the day it happened and no luck, we did get them repaired the next morning while trying too cook breakfast. All the meals between, we cooked on the chairs in forget area, by stair case and in dinning room, since we needed crock pots, coffee makers, electric skillets, blenders, etc. The delay in that and the cooking for large group was a bit frustrating to say the least. We certainly felt someone should have been available to come fix or provide the code to the room with the breakers. Disappointment in that. Check in and out was very easy.

The only recommendation is to fix internet, multiple kick offs. The place is beautiful and the management is quick and helpful. Definitely will stay again

This cabin has it all! So many amenities! So close to the main strip and no steep roads. The host was super efficient, and answered any questions I had! We will definitely be back! Wonderful cabin!

Great set up and location for this property and bonus of a separate, private pool house! Conveniently located without any hassle getting to and from. Had a few questions come up during our stay and had a response within 10 minutes, max! Feedback: furniture has seen better days and could use some updates, but all still usable. Limited towels/bedding so be prepared to bring extras if those sharing beds dont share a blanket. Overall, loved this house and would absolutely choose it again/recommend!

This beautiful home is huge and has everything you could need. The heated pool is gigantic, plenty of games for everyone (pool table, arcade games, etc). The property is within minutes of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We cannot wait to stay here again.

We had the most amazing time!! All the games including connect 4, Buck game, pool, hot tub, AND basketball!! The kitchen was fully stocked for us to prepare loads of food for these teenage boys. It was just the perfect weekend away. Thank you so very much!!

This was one of the most spacious cabins we’ve stayed in here in the Smokies. It definitely was in a convenient location. The kids loved the pool and games, and several of us enjoyed the hot tub. The layout of the cabin was well-planned.

We had a nice family vacation and the kids especially loved the pool and the adults liked the video games which were good options on the rainy days. The house was immaculate and the communications with the hosts were outstanding. The house has an open concept floor plan throughout. Three of the four bedrooms had ensuite baths and all of the bathrooms appeared to be recently remodeled and were quite nice. Although bedding is always a personal preference, we found the king beds to be uncomfortable and would have liked something a bit firmer. Everything else was great and we would recommend this home to families with children.

Its the best place to get snowed in. It has everything you need to keep everyone occupied especially when you can't go anywhere. Heated pool, hot tub, and game room was great. It was super clean, and the property was very helpful and prompt with all of our concern. Safe to say, our family had a magical time in winter wonderland.

This property is impressive... very clean, great location, and laid out well. The only issue we had was that there was no internet and cell phone service was spotty so it was very difficult to have a working retreat with no internet and no TV. We did contact the property management team several times and they just said checking with vendor. A few other things didnt work but not sure the owner has been made aware by the property company. The owner did offer a discount to make up for the inconvenience. This is a beautiful home and the indoor pool was absolutely gorgeous. Hands down the best play to stay in the area.

A short 3 night stay, but 3 wonderful nights at the cabin! If you have little ones, this is the cabin for you. Equipped with baby gates, a high chair and a portable crib , this was everything we needed to keep the kids comfortable. We played every game on the property multiples times and the deer hunter game was a hit for everyone. At night, we all went to the living room and sat with the fireplace on talking to one another. So cozy! Far enough from the strip not to have to deal with the traffic, but still close enough! Just a short drive from the strip. We will definitely be back!

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased we were with this house! Justin, the “contact” was absolutely great. The house was in a perfect location. It’s just enough to be outside of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but a super short drive to anything you could want to get to. The quality in the construction of the home is evident as soon as you walk in. It is Stunning! Layout of the rooms in the house was perfect for us. Kids downstairs in the game room area, and adults on the upper 2 levels. Kitchen was stocked appropriately with anything we needed. All appliances, electrical, plumbing…etc worked as designed. Cleanliness around the house was not an issue at all. They seem to take very good care of it. The deck areas were amazing to hang out with the family, especially in the evening. They all had multiple rocking chairs that were VERY “quality”! The pool house is off the charts! It was heated just enough to still be “pool water” but no “chill” when you get in. We found several pool toys available for use. Again, I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed using ALL the facilities the house had to offer. Cell signal was strong the entire time we were there, but the WiFi router at the house would lose connection at times. The issue was that the TV is almost totally internet based channels. BUT, if the worst thing to at happened on our vacation was that our TV time was limited, and we were forced to physically interact with each other, then it’s hard to complain!

Absolutely loved it. Our family had a wonderful time. Couldn't ask for a better property. This place has it all. Private pool. Games galore. Pool table. Outside basketball court. Close to town. No high roads. If your not staying here you are missing out. Hardest part is leaving.
