If you are a college kid looking to walk to the fun stuff in mission blvd, it’s perfectly fine -beds on the floor, fans only downstairs w/ac in the bedrooms upstairs -oh yeah; stairs in case that matters to anyone traveling with older or differently abled folks -the outside looking like a crash pad for beach-goers instead of the fire pit hang out pictured. Old carpets and cracks and holes in various odd places. It was frustratingly downgraded from the pictures and I was traveling with my parents who didn’t love the beach fraternity vibe. Felt like a college pad instead of a sea retreat as pictured. Disappointing for us, especially in the heat.
Know before you go; if you book thru Orbitz or the like you’ll have to call then number. They will then send you Adams number who is very responsive. But plan ahead as they didn’t realize Orbitz doesn’t send customers the move-in info so you’ll need everything from him. There is the parking place and there was also parking in the street in front. If I had read a review like the one I just wrote I would’ve known it wasn’t right for a family with people over 30.
