Your own private lanai facing west, w/ spectacular views of brilliant Florida sunsets, overlooking the heated pool/screened in patio area. Full kitchen with stainless appliances. Bring your boat and park at our dock. Owners have caught 28 species of fish, see dolphins and manatees daily!

If you bring your boat and park at our private dock located on one of the main canals, you'll have easy access to 30 miles of inshore great fishing waters or the Gulf and Sanibel beaches in 6 miles. Guests have brought pontoon boats or fishing boats up to 20' and have had a blast! Owners are very experienced with fishing in the area and happy to give advice.

There is a 15 mile paved walking/ biking path literally across the street that spans from both ends of the island. Safe, traffic free and for all ability levels.
Many restaurants on water with live music within walking distance.
