Villa Bobis is the best getaway with friends or family. It has 3 well-ventilated and bright rooms, all with enough space to store your luggage and other travel accessories: It has a cozy double room with a family bathroom; a double room with a view to the pool and garden, and another double room with a family bathroom. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.

Villa Bobis also offers some entertainment and amenities, such as tennis-table, satellite TV, board games and free WIFI. You will definitely love its rural dining room, where you can have breakfast o brunch listening to the birds chirping or dine under the stars.

The kitchen includes all the cookware for your stay: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, gas oven, and cutlery for cooking and eating.

Once settled in the Villa, you can take the best of the excellent Mallorcan weather, either relaxing in the beautiful flower garden or sunbathing by the pool. In this area, you will find a fully equipped barbecue with tongs, skewers, knives and forks… the party is all set!

All this peace and quietness in a privileged location: the airport is only 45 minutes away. The route offers beautiful scenery of yellow fields that contrast with a blue summer sky.

Villa Bobis is located in one of the most relaxing and quiet places of Pollensa, and yet just 10 minutes drive from the old town of Pollensa, which boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.

The sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is only 10 minutes away from the property. Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or just Cala as it is known to locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four little coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystalline water.
