- It is the ideal apartment for your holidays due to its location, very close to restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and everything you may need at a short walking distance.

- Pineda de Mar train station is located just 500 metres from the apartment, about 15 minutes walking. You can take the train to Barcelona (approx. 1 h) or Blanes (approx. 15 min). A way to move around more peacefully and comfortably without having to use your car.



- The centre of Pineda is located just 10 minutes walking distance



- All amenities at your disposal to enjoy some well-deserved holidays!

. Option of key delivery at the accommodation with an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key handover. This service must be requested in advance.

*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.



. Option to collect the keys from a safety box in the town of Pineda de Mar at no cost. This service must be requested in advance and will be confirmed according to the availability of the small boxes.



Late arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.



· Payment of the mandatory tourist tax. 1.75 euros per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. (for persons over 16 years old).



. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.



. No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your reservation. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



. Parties or celebrations on the property are NOT permitted.

In the event of neighbour complaints or police being called, the deposit will not be refunded and the traveller must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed with an extra cost.

The owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.



. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause fires in the dwelling.
