M a i n F l o o r:
As you enter through the front door, the main floor has all the amenities to get your vacation started! An open style kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, wine-opener, can-opener, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a blender and toaster. The 6-8 person dining table area adjoins the kitchen and family room. The family room has a full sofa and 2 chairs that are a perfect way to kick your heels up after a fun day of attractions, swimming in the ocean, or after that long run on the golf course. The family room also has a TV with Roku streaming box (for Netflix or other apps). Wifi is also available, and the password will be sent during the initial check-in message. There is a master bedroom off the family room with a King size bed and full private bathroom. This bedroom also has a dedicated TV with cable and Roku as well. Exiting through the back door takes you directly to the main floor patio with more furniture to relax on and a grill to fire up! A propane (provided) gas grill is on the balcony for those steaks, chops, or other yummy grilling food! Located off on the kitchen, is a half bath and separate laundry room completed with washer and dryer.

There is a hallway that extends from the living area where you will find a full bath and the additional two bedrooms (bedrooms 2 and 3 listed in the description).

Entertainment for the entire group, no matter the ages, can be found in this room. (Please note that there is no central heat and air in this room.)
