The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this magnificent, completely renovated apartment, ideally located in the heart of the Marais! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to four travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: has a double sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 × 200 cm), storage space, a Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi access.
• One bedroom: equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, ceiling fan and built-in storage.
• A bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, washing machine and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:
You stay in the vibrant heart of the Marais, one of the most emblematic and historic districts of Paris, perfect for discovering the city on foot between cafes, shops and monuments. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy an excellent coffee at Boot Café or La Cordonnerie, two addresses very popular for their specialty coffee and pastries, or take a gourmet break at Café Pontochoux, a friendly neighborhood spot. For lunch or dinner, Marais classics like Breizh Café for Breton pancakes or Le Progrès, a typically Parisian café-brasserie, are easily accessible, as are lively bars and restaurants around Rue de Bretagne and Place des Vosges, all easily accessible for a gastronomic stroll. For your daily shopping, local shops, delicatessens, greengrocers and mini markets are within walking distance for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family Services:
If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us 72 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.
Important note: Baby bedding is not provided.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Early Check-in: If you wish to arrive before 3:00 PM, confirmation will be provided 24 hours in advance, and additional fees equivalent to 50% of a night’s rate may apply.
Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM. Requests for early arrivals or late departures will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable fees clearly communicated.
Late Check-out: If you wish to extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, it will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur fees of 50% of a night’s rate.
Security Deposit:
Amount: €250, payable online by credit card only via SWIKLY.
The refund will be processed from 21 business days after departure, subject to no damages being reported.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet. Noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Internet Use:
Avoid any illegal activities, such as unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted works.
No access to websites prohibited under French and European legislation.
In case of internet issues related to telecom providers, no compensation will be granted.
Professional Use and Photography:
Photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.
Booking Conditions:
Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
Minors or guests under 21 are only allowed if accompanied by an adult who meets this age requirement.
Otherwise, access will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
