Welcoming 145 m² house fully equipped in La Roche-Bernard can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

It has 3 bedrooms: A large ground floor bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bay window overlooking the terrace. A second with a double bed, accessible by the stairs (quite steep). As well as a last bedroom with a single bed and a small view of the Vilaine.

Architect-designed house from 2020, it has a large living room overlooking its enclosed garden equipped with a plancha.

Just like the small living dining room which offers you access to the patio, the fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hobs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker...) promises you access to terrace and patio.



A parking with 2 spaces is available in front of the house, very useful for walking days on Thursday.

We recommend reversing, which will allow you to leave more easily. Added bonus, the owners have provided an external socket for electric vehicles. Finally, children can enjoy a basketball hoop, a football and racket games.

The table football in the photos is no longer in the accommodation.



The owners' cat will remain in the garden, Holidaymakers can feed it. It may want to return to its natural habitat, you will not hesitate to put it back outside. It is very soft and kind with children.
