Property Rules:
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas.
No pets are allowed under any circumstances. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.
No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with resort policies.
No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or oversized vehicles are permitted on the property.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Over-occupancy will result in a fine of $200 per person per day and possible immediate eviction.
Daily housekeeping is not provided. If the unit includes a washer and dryer, guests are encouraged to use it. Extra linens and towels are available for a surcharge if needed.
Check-in instructions, access code, and digital guide will be sent prior to arrival.
A 25% deposit is due at booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A signed rental agreement and photo ID verification are required to complete your reservation.
