Awesome! Our family and friends rented this home for the Thanksgiving weekend. We all walked away giving the experience a ten out of ten rating. The scenery is spectacular! The house is beautiful, VERY clean and very comfortable. Not sure we have ever rented a more well stocked kitchen, it has everything you need and more. The owners are more than generous in offering supplies such as trash bags, napkins, paper towels… My family is picky about their sleeping arrangements but no complaints this time-the beds are very comfortable. There are many amenities to house if you are interested, the fire pit, outdoor games, hot tub, and most of all the hike to some of the most beautiful waterfalls. There were many indoor games for families to enjoy, as well as a closet full of kids toys. I need to mention the personal communication between the owner and myself. I had asked a few questions about cell service, what type of coffee maker there was… I promptly got answers. Another meaningful act that shows the honestly and loyalty to the owners is my daughter left behind a stuffed animal that her one year old is attached too. She reached out to the owner and it was in the mail the next day! I speak from my entire group – this house was wonderful in every aspect (and we are picky). I could go on and I’m probably missing something but again I cannot say enough positive things other than I hope we are able to make it back.

We've stayed any many rental properties and this one was by far the best stocked!! From the kitchen with more than enough pots/pans, plates & utensils to every bathroom having hand soap and lotion. Plenty of towels including beach sized for the hot tub. The beds were all very comfortable. We had a great time!

This place was nothing short of amazing! The location was so beautiful and the house was immaculate! My group does a yearly retreat at different places each year. They decided let’s look no more. We will be back next year! Thank you to the very kind hosts! We loved it!

We stayed here for a family vacation. The house is spacious and well stocked. Some of the young adults enjoyed climbing around the waterfalls. We took a day trip to Black Water Falls state park. It was worth the trip. We went into Moorefield a couple of times. We highly recommend Genaro’s for their pizza (their Brooklyn pizza was fantastic) and Sweets and Treats for their ice cream. Would stay here again!

Complete Oasis in the Woods

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, spacious cabin! It was absolutely perfect for our large family—plenty of room to spread out, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. The cabin was immaculately clean, exceptionally well-stocked, and had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to cozy extras.The views were breathtaking and made our mornings and evenings especially peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and the communication with the owners was outstanding—timely, clear, and helpful throughout our stay.This has truly been our best VRBO experience yet. We felt so welcome and comfortable the entire time. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Amazingly gorgeous property

Our stay at Cliffside Falls was perfect. The property is well stocked, having almost every necessity you can think of. The view of the mountains is wonderful. The sound of the waterfalls and the stream makes for a peaceful backdrop. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and feel that things can’t be any more perfect for a long weekend away with friends or family.

Mom’s 80th Birthday Bash

The house is AMAZING!! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I’ve ever seen. We all love to cook, so this was a plus. The view is gorgeous. Rick and Corrine were great. Easy to communicate with and very thoughtful. They left us a gift basket and bottle of champagne to celebrate with. We would definitely stay again.

Easter Getaway

Our stay was amazing. To start, the communication with Rick was outstanding. He answered all of our questions before arrival and while we were there. All of the amenities they thought about made it so easy. From a fully stocked kitchen, linens, and beach towels. The views from the property were so beautiful. We would definitely book Cliffside Falls again!

Great Thanksgiving getaway

Our family had a great time at Cliffside Falls over Thanksgiving. The house was terrific…roomy and clean, with every amenity, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and activities for all. The hikes to the falls were amazing and a spectacular sight we will long remember. Rick was also a very welcoming host, and kept us informed all along the way. We would highly recommend and love to return!

Everything was wonderful! The house was in great shape and had many amenities. The views were beautiful. Lots to do on the property, so we didn't need to leave. Our kids enjoyed the game room which also had lots of toys. No complaints!

Above and Beyond

We stayed with our extended family and had an incredible time. The hosts have covered every detail imaginable around this property. We traveled with family of all ages and there was so much for everyone to do and enjoy. There are so many magical places to discover. We absolutely loved our time here and hope tp teturn soon!

No stone unturned!!

Cliffside Falls... is exactly that! It is a magnificant home built on a cliff with a beautiful water fall and streams running continualy to lull you to sleep at night and relax you during the day, We had a wonderful time- all 15 of us! Everything we needed was provided in the house and outside. There was no stone unturned. Rick and Corrine have thought of your every need when preparing this home for guests. They were very responsive before and during our stay. Never have we stayed in a VRBO home that was so well stocked with dishes and cookware... even down to birhthday candles!! And then as we sat on either one of the porches and took in the view of the mountains--well... it could only have been better if it was fall and they were all different colors. Truly fabulous views and sounds and birds flying over head! The humming birds were also in a plenty! We would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful picturesque place to anyone. It even has a private apt that you can stay in too, if needed! We golfed, took a scenic train ride to see eagles, kayaked, played games, walked the trails around the house and others and a couple of us even climbed the face of Seneca Rocks! Oh... a trip to Lost River State Park was also a treat! It was a perfect vacation and thank you again to our most gracious hosts!!

Fantastic Family Trip

Cliffside Falls was definitely a perfect vacation home for our family get-together - we were celebrating our Mom's 90th birthday!! The home was well-suited for all of the various family groupings; lots of space to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could even think of needing. With the additional kitchens it was even more convenient to fix food for 13 people. We appreciated all the various amenities (hot tub, corn hole, games, puzzles, pool table, etc.).The hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable - left a beautiful gift basket filled with all sorts of goodies; even left a gift for our Mom! It was nice having a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, coffee, etc. We've been doing this yearly for the past 10 years, going to different vacation homes each time and Cliffside Falls is by far, the best one yet!! (And the falls were beautiful!!)

Wow!!

This place is amazing! The owners are right on top of everything, down to the last detail. They have all amenities covered in the kitchen for any cooking. There is silverware, appliances, and everything you need to make just about any type of meal. Every room is fully decorated to fit the mountain atmosphere. The details and thought put into each room is extraordinary. The views and the outdoor environment is by far the greatest part of the property. Everything was absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely return to visit again. Thank you again for a memorable experience with our family.

Beauty all around!

Our stay at Cliffside Falls was very enjoyable! Views of the mountains on one side of the house, and the beauty and soothing sound of the rushing mountain stream and falls on the other side! The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, and lots of games, toys, and activities for the whole family!

Absolutely amazing

We had a group of 13 with ages from babies to grandparents and all had a most wonderful time. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and completely equipped with just about anything you could ask for. All of the bedrooms were lovely in different ways and beds are extremely comfortable. The views were gorgeous. The outside grounds were as well equipped as the inside of the house, with many chairs, decks, yard games and fire pit with wood provided. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

We booked Cliffside Falls for a couples retreat and it exceeded our expectations. There was no need to leave the property as Rick and Corinne have thought of every detail. The setting is spectacular and the ammenities met every need for those who wanted to be physically active to those who wanted to sit back and relax! We are already planning a return visit!!

Cliffside Falls is awesome!!

The communication before we even got to the house was fantastic. Quick prompt replies to a variety of questions were received. The house was beautiful and fully stocked for our enjoyment. The outside areas of the house were enjoyed by our group. We had a large group and we had plenty of room for dinners, gathering together and sleeping. I totally recommend this house to anyone looking.
