You are my guest when I am not using my apartment, it is located right by Metro Station Cadillac, so you have easy and fast access to downtown and the entire city. Yet the neighborhood is not in the heart of the downtown so you can rest and relax between adventures. Ideal for budget savvy guests!

Your reservation includes a self-check-in process, allowing you to arrive anytime during your designated check-in window. For arrivals after midnight, please refer to the `Additional Rules.`

I will send you easy, step-by-step check-in instructions a day before your arrival, so you`ll have everything you need well in advance.
✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.
✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.
✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.
✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you`re safe, please reach out to me.
✧If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient and secure solution available for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests, as I have private documents sent here.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

🔇 Respect the Space & Neighbors
This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.
👥 Registered Guests Only
For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).
🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.
🚪 Check-Out Time
Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.
🧼 Care for the Apartment
Please treat the space as you would your own.
• Remove shoes at the door, avoid food and drinks in bedrooms. Dispose of trash properly. Do not stain fabrics or linens please.Keeps doors and windows closed and locked when leaving or on rainy,snowy, or very cold days.
🔐 Security & Access
Please follow check-in instructions in your Guidebook carefully and keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving. Lost keys or security items may require replacement fees.
🧻 Supplies for Longer Stays
Basic consumables are provided to help you get settled during your first week. For longer stays, guests should restock items as needed.
🛠 Maintenance & Emergencies
In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.
🅿️ Parking
If using public or street parking, please follow all local signage and regulations. In Montreal, always double check the parking signs.
🐕🦺Special Note on Service Animals
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation.
In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
