The terrace is ideal for al fresco dining with a table for 8 people, and a chill-out area perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including oven, microwave, fridge, hob, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as all crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware and table linen. There is also a breakfast area for a good start to the day.

The two bedrooms are en suite and have comfortable double beds, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. The bathrooms have a bathtub and double washbasin. The urbanization Las Arenas is a jewel of the Costa del Sol, with tropical gardens, green areas and three communal swimming pools (opening hours may vary depending on season, subject to variation of availability).
