A splendid seaside villa with a special history, designed in 1975 by the owners, engineer Marcello and his wife, architect Anna Maria, for their large family. Built into the rock and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Bianca reflects Anna Maria’s impeccable taste, creating a unique atmosphere. Nothing is left to chance, and you will feel the love and attention to detail throughout your stay.



The space:

The villa offers convenient parking for up to 3 cars next to the entrance gate, from where you reach the main entrance via stairs. The well-kept garden features intimate terraces where you can sunbathe or enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea. A sandy beach is just 500 meters away and can be reached on foot with a short walk. Inside, the house provides all comforts, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room, as well as charming corners where you can admire the sea view through large windows. The four spacious bedrooms (one with two single beds) guarantee cozy and quiet spaces for rest. The beautiful terrace is perfect for lunches and dinners overlooking the Sardinian sea. Breakfasts, lunches, or dinners can be arranged on request. Daily cleaning and tidying are available for an extra fee.



Guest access:

Villa Bianca is entirely at your disposal and is spread over several levels with various stairs and steps; therefore, it is not recommended for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Below the house, you will find a charming rocky beach with two sunbeds and umbrellas for your exclusive use, accessible after 100 steps: a private oasis where you can dive into the crystal-clear sea.
