Fabulous apartment in the historic center of Málaga, next to the Cathedral of the Incarnation. It is located in a newly constructed building with a complete renovation, featuring luxurious finishes.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a spacious hallway that leads directly to the kitchen, which is very bright thanks to its skylight and fully equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. To the right, down three steps, we find the living room, one of the most distinctive areas of the apartment, with attic ceilings and views of the cathedral from every window. The living room, decorated in a modern style, has a sitting area with a sofa and Smart TV, a dining area, and a guest toilet.
From the hallway, a corridor leads us to the bedrooms, both very quiet as they face the building’s interior courtyard. To the left is the first bedroom, with two single beds (90x200 cm) and large wardrobes. Right in front, we find one of the bathrooms, with a shower and bidet. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with a double bed (150x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bidet.
Situated in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Málaga, next to the Cathedral, the Revello de Toro Museum, the Church of San Agustín, the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, and the Roman Theatre.
This apartment is perfect for those visiting the city for its cultural and gastronomic offerings, thanks to its prime location that allows you to explore Málaga’s city center on foot and enjoy its main monuments and charming spots.
*Please note that the street where our apartment is located has restricted access and is pedestrian-only. Only taxis are allowed to access. This means you won’t be able to drive your own vehicle directly to the apartment. We recommend planning your transportation accordingly to avoid any inconveniences.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
