Manor house in Madrigueras

Casa CG is a historic single-family home built in 1900 and located in the town of Madrigueras, in the province of Albacete. The house has recently been completely renovated, modernizing and updating its facilities while respecting its charm and historic and architectural structure. Its original furnishings have been preserved, incorporating more modern pieces that make it more functional. The house accommodates up to 8 people.

The house has a large space with the following layout:
- Entrance hall.
- Large living room with two rooms, one with a French pool table and the other with a sofa area and TV.
- Bedroom 1, with the option of a double bed (180 cm) or two single beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2, with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3, with two single beds and a TV.
-Two full bathrooms with a sink, toilet, and shower. One of them has a laundry area with a washing machine.
-Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and kitchenware.
-Separate dining room located on a covered patio with a sliding roof, with a dining table, chairs, and TV.
-Game room upstairs with a double sofa bed, TV, and a game area with a ping-pong table and board games.
-Interior porch with access to the street on one side and the pool patio on the other, with a dining table and chairs, barbecue, paella pan, a bathroom with a sink, a toilet, and a staircase leading to the game room.
-Pool in the courtyard with a covered chill-out area with a sofa, armchairs, a table, and sun loungers. The pool has a jacuzzi and colored lights.

All rooms have Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan, and oil heating. In addition, the bedrooms and both living rooms have a heat and cold pump.
