This lovely 100m2 apartment in Lisbon is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Charming and tastefully decorated, the property is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs.

The living room is modern and well-lit, featuring a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a desk providing a dedicated workspace for those who need it, a TV and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. There is also a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air and city views.

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms are furnished with convenient storage units and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The Queen-size bedroom features a single sofa bed, while the other with two single beds boasts an ensuite bathroom. We can prepare this room as a double bed under request.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Campo de Ourique is a vibrant and charming neighbourhood in Lisbon. It is known for its unique blend of traditional and modern elements and offers a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors.

The Mercado de Campo de Ourique is a bustling market featuring a variety of fresh produce, gourmet foods, and artisanal products. It's a popular spot for daily shopping and socializing. The neighbourhood also boasts numerous restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, where you can savour traditional Portuguese cuisine and international dishes. The pastry shop Padaria do Povo is particularly famous for its delicious pastries and sweets.

For outdoor activities, the Parque de Campo de Ourique provides a green oasis in the heart of the neighbourhood, perfect for strolls, picnics, and various outdoor activities. Jardim da Parada is another lovely park in the area, offering playgrounds, walking paths, and a peaceful, relaxing environment.

Campo de Ourique is well-connected to other parts of Lisbon via public transportation, including trams, buses, and metro lines, making exploring the rest of the city easy. The neighbourhood also holds cultural significance as the former residence of the famous Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Rato, is just a 15-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
