This charming duplex apartment in the heart of the resort, directly from the shopping gallery, is located on the first floor of the Buron des Gardes residence with a capacity to accommodate up to 9 people. Perfect for enjoying moments with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with large bay windows offering a spectacular view of the resort centre, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso-type coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishes, grill appliance, no raclette appliance...), a wood stove in the living room that will allow you to gather together warmly on the sofa (convertible to 140x190) and the armchairs at your disposal. Still on this duplex level, you will find a small bedroom with a single bed, a shower room with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, a mountain corner awaits you with two single beds (90x190), two bedrooms with double beds (160x190), a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets.

The accommodation is equipped with a WIFI network. Two secure parking spaces are located in a covered parking lot just below the residence (note that vehicles higher than 1.85m cannot go down and must park outside).
This accommodation is non-smoking and animals are not allowed.

Linen and towels are not provided and can be added for an extra charge. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
