Charming, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. Perfect mix of peace and convenience. The beautiful beach is just a 5 minute stroll away, and you can walk to town in about 30 minutes. Perfect spot.

Our family of 5 spent 5 days at the cottage and had a wonderful time! The cottage and screened in lounge offers plenty of space to relax at the property, or the private beach is just a short 3mins walk away. Communication with Emily was great, and she was very quick to respond to any questions.A beautiful spot that we will certainly look to return to!

Grand Bend getaway

Cute, tastefully renovated cottage very close to Sun Beach. Perfect size for our family of 4. Nice bathroom. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were a plus. Long driveway.

Great place to stay to enjoy the beach without having to deal with the crowds at the main Grand Bend/ Main Street Beach.The Beach near the cottage was beautiful !!! It is about a 5 min walk from the cottage but there is also parking at the beach access if you are bringing a lot of stuff with you. Check in and Check out was easy and straighforward.

A quaint quiet cabin

admittedly we used this cabin as a drop location to go to family reunion. But the time we spent at the cabin was lovely. It is very close to the beach, a functional kitchen, nice a/c unit to keep you cool, and fans in every room. We’d gladly come back.

Will stay again!

What can’t I say? The weekend for our family was a hit for young and old alike! The cottage was clean, comfortable and close to all amenities. We were steps from the beach and walking distance to the strip, and evenings were spent cozy by the fire. It was just the relaxing getaway that we needed. Thanks to our amazing host, Emily! We will definitely book again!

We had a great time staying at the cottage with our friends and their kids. Perfect setting. Great outdoor space and proximity to beautiful beach. Walking distance to coffee shop and easy place to maintain and enjoy for all! Thank you! We hope to enjoy it again.

Excellent Location

This property is beautiful and very close to beach. The bunkie is a great addition as an outdoor space. I am glad I read previous reviews about only being 6 towels available so I brought extra. You can’t go wrong with this place!

Girls Vacation

A Delightful Stay

We had an enjoyable five day visit at this cottage...my husband and myself...and then two out of town friends for two days. The cottage was very clean and well organized. It was not cluttered but had all of the items we needed. The beds and firm mattresses allowed for comfortable sleeps. We enjoyed going for walks and spending time at the nearby beach. We had a delightful time at this cottage.

Wonderful property to stay

Ladies getaway for a few days. We really enjoyed our stay. Emily was very kind. Nothing but good things to say about this place - looks even better in person. Cottage is cozy and the cleanliness is impeccable. Bedrooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to a private beach for residents in the area. Beach was great and water was clean. A fantastic getaway!

Fantastic Quiet Retreat

We loved the neighborhood! Lots of tall trees surround the property to give a sense of seclusion while still being close to town and the beach. It was perfect for 4 adults and two older children. We loved the bunkie and screened-in seating area complete with picnic table and outdoor couch. The hammock chairs in the back were perfect for relaxing and there were even some beach toys that we enjoyed at the beach. The place was very clean and just as expected - and so much nicer than staying in the busy heart of town.

Life's better at the beach!

The cottage and Southcott Pines was great! A quick walk to the beach and a quaint community setting. We really enjoyed strolling through Southcott Pines as my little one scooted along with us. It was so convenient to make short trips to the beach from the cottage. The cottage was nice and clean and Emily was very responsive to any questions. Thanks Emily!

Great family vacation

Wonderful property with great choices to hang out. Screened porch, bunkie, fire pit, hammocks, living room with large TV or nap in one of three comfortable bedrooms. Just steps to the beach but also able to drive/park grandma there. Two short flights of steps to the main beach and water. Water soooo warm. It beats the west coast any day. Host super responsive. Had the internet up and running within minutes after the storm blew the power out. Will be our go to.

Nice retreat for a family of four

The cottage is clean and cozy. I wasn't sure what to expect of the neighborhood but the tree canopy is incredible! And the cottage is about a five-minute walk from the private beach. We brought a wagon which made getting gear back and forth very easy. Would recommend bringing extra bath towels as only one per person is provided, though the laundry machine is available if packing space is an issue for you. Definitely bring your own beach towels! Cottage could also use more hooks for hanging jackets and towels but thats just a small suggestion. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very Nice, Clean and Comfortable Cottage

We had a great time at Emily’s cottage - it is really cute, updated, and well located with a short walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood, and very well appointed. The weather didn’t always cooperate during our stay so we spent quite a bit of time in the cottage playing board games, movies etc. and it was no issue at all because the cottage was very clean and comfortable with tons of amenities. Amenities included many games like various board games, cards, puzzles, Cornhole, etc., a really nice fire pit and back yard, all necessary linens, towels, dishes and any cooking utensils you would ever need, cleaning supplies, Nothing was overlooked. Emily is a great host, she even contacted us on our move in morning to let us know it was ready earlier than expected so we were able to get in early which was really nice. We would definitely recommend this cottage and would stay again. Thank you!
