  • Denne Maui-condo-leje har to soveværelser plus en hems med udsigt over havet, haven og poolen! Master soveværelse har kingsize-seng. Enheden har fladskærms-tv'er og Blue-ray-afspillere i begge soveværelser, en stor fladskærms / Blu-ray-afspiller i stuen. Denne enhed har 3 AC for maksimal afkøling. Nedenunder soveværelse har to nye enkeltsenge. Loftområdet har en sofa med dronning skjule-en-seng og skrivebord kontor område. Opholdsstue har dejlige tropiske møbler, behagelig lænestol og vikle sig rundt om sofaen med dronningshul-en-seng. Badeværelserne er blevet gjort om med walk-in brusere og opdaterede skabe. Køkkenet tilbyder bordplader i granit med rummelige skabe. Fliser og trægulve fra indgangen til Lanai-døren. Veludstyret.

Birthday trip

Conveniently located. South of restaurants so a little quieter but walking distance. Also a short 5 min walk from the beach. Comfortably slept 7 adults. They had beach chairs/towels/games and a cooler so we didn’t have to buy those. The front desk was easy check in and very kind. Only had salt pepper and olive oil so if you want more spices make sure to check or grab some at the store!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We never had any issue finding parking and the grounds and pool were very well maintained. There was a nice breeze when the windows were open and we only used the air conditioner one day. The wifi worked great and was easy to use. We never even turned on the tvs but it was nice that there was one in each bedroom. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 7 of us stayed in condo 271. 2 bedroom with loft some pros and cons. I read the reviews carefully before deciding on staying here. Pros- great location right across the street from beach easy walk, lots of beach and condo towels , plenty of pans to cook with and serving plates great newer washer and dryer. Cons the lanai is so small and the table on it was so big could barely walk around it to sit but what’s worse if you have the air on inside the huge vent on the outside wall blows hot air and so much that you cannot sit out there with the air on inside. Not being able to eat outside was the biggest downer and for that reason alone I will never stay there again. The house cleaning was pretty bad The pull out couch on the loft had a very big what looked like a pee stain on the mattress cover. I don’t know how housekeeping missed it. The plates glasses silverware was put in the cupboard dirty with lots of food stuck to them. So we had to wash everything before using that was just gross. Walls and doors are so dirty. The head board is not attached to the bed or the wall so always banged against the wall with each movement. They only give a few garbage bags, 2 toilet paper, and 1 paper towel the rest you have to buy. I have been coming to Maui for 8 years and come 2 times a year and always stay at Maui hill and never experienced this but I thought I’ll try something new this time Not no more. The girl at the front desk is not friendly and would rather not be bothered by people Now I know why this place was cheaper then the others

We bought and left two boogie boards as there was none. Two broken umbrellas in the lanai closet. Enough dishes but asked management to bring up dish cloths and dish towels. Cookware needs some updated pieces. Could use a good deep clean. Great view. Comfortable stay for two weeks.

The condo had enough space for us, our son and his wife and two small children. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds and never missed a beautiful sunset. Condo within 2 minute walk to beach and within 8 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. There was some sidewalk construction going on at the Hale Kamaole exit but it was a minor inconvenience. Definitely planning a return soon!

Great beach right across the street. Kitchen very well supplied for cooking meals.Close to nice restaurants--Loved Café O Lei & Fred's. Management office great to work with.Really enjoyed Air Maui helicopter tour,Atlantis submarine trip, Valley Isle Rd to Hana trip & snorkel trip. The only negative is that we felt we should have been notified when booking that lower pool was being re-surfaced during the 2nd wk of our stay--could not use pool, lanai & needed to keep sliding glass door closed throughout the day due to jackhammer noise & dust--necessitated using air conditioning non-stop. Bedrms were cool/comfortable with ac on. But main living air & especially the loft was still very warm even w/ ac on. Would definitely return to this unit & would recommend to friends.
