Delightful modern and comfortable two-room apartment, will welcome you in the most famous location of Lake Sebino. Very close to the center (reachable on foot) and to all services, bars, restaurants and main tourist attractions but in a quiet area. The apartment is modern equipped with all comforts including underfloor cooling system that will allow you to enjoy the Isean summer. The spacious balcony furnished with comfortable sofas will amaze you with its lake view. Inside, the living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, fridge and freezer and living room with 2 sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, flat screen TV and large table with 6 chairs. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is simple but spacious. Finally, in the bedroom you will also find a cot and changing table for your baby. Possibility to park the car in the parking lot reserved for the condominium. Our facility does not have private compartments/rooms to store bicycles/kayaks/canoes or anything else. No bulky sports equipment of any kind can be brought into the apartment.
