Our spacious home is located right in the heart of Fountain Square. Newly restored and updated but still maintaining its original charm, this is the perfect home away from home to enjoy during your time in Indy. The family room features a decorative fireplace with built-ins on either side, a fully equipped kitchen with concrete countertops and all stainless steel appliances, spacious bedrooms, and more! The large windows throughout our home allow for lovely natural light.

There are multiple fun living spaces for your group, and the indoor/outdoor areas allow for effortless dining and entertaining. All of our bedrooms have super comfortable mattresses and high-end linens to ensure you get a great night's rest (your comfort is important to us!). We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done.
-We do not currently have a washer/dryer available. The nearest laundromat is Laundry and Tan Connection, less than 1 mile away.
-Fireplace is decorative and non-functioning at this time.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
