House Rules:
Maximum number of guests/visitors allowed:
6 persons aged 13 years and over max at the property at any time - day or night (8 guests allowed for groups with children under 13)

$25/person/night over 6 guests (due before check-in).

Property is strictly limited for use by the number booked on the reservation only. No extra visitors, drop-ins, or guests beyond what is booked.

Hosting more than 8 total people at the property at any time (day or night) will incur a $750/day event fee. Events must be approved in advance. $250 additional late fee for events not cleared in advance with host. Approval of any event is at the discretion of the host.

No pets.

No smoking or vaping inside.

The rental agreement must be e-signed before check-in (link sent prior to arrival).

Security: Exterior cameras monitor driveway, dock, carport entry, and front/back doors. Tampering will result in removal without refund.
