***Pool heat setting is limited to a maximum of 80°F. Please note that the pool heater may struggle to maintain temperatures above 80°F during periods of extreme cold.***

*** Each cabin comes with its own private outdoor amenities for your exclusive use. The only shared feature is the 9-hole mini golf course, which all guests are welcome to enjoy. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans; if full, please place trash in the dumpster in front of the property.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file.
