Casa Leo is an apartment located on the first floor of a building directly on the lakefront of Gravedona. From the whole living area and from the balcony you can enjoy an outstanding view of the gulf that welcomes the town of Gravedona.



Just going down the stairs you will find yourself directly on the lakefront, and in less than 100 meters you can reach all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, newsagent).



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always out discovering every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or to alternate it with days of complete relax, staying on your balcony enjoying the breeze brought by the lake and the view!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and American coffee machine;



To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa bed and a TV.



The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe where you can store all your clothes.



The bathroom has a shower with shower cubicle, WC, bidet and sink;



The apartment has a covered parking space reserved for you. (Entry width 230cm, height 175cm).



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Don\'t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
