Apartment Marianna B is an apartment located on the first floor of a villa in Gravedona, where you can relax without any disturb. It is about 500 meters far from the lake, so you can reach the lakeside also on foot in less than 5 minutes.



Within about 500 meters you can find all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy).



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always out exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternating it with days of complete relaxa on the balcony, sunbathing or enjoying an outdoor aperitif with friends!



The terrace is very large and allows you to enjoy a very suggestive view of the lake! It is equipped with deckchairs, dining table and awning.

Furthermore, the house overlooks a secondary road with very little traffic, therefore not noisy at all.



The house has an air conditioning system with splitter in every room, you will sleep peacefully even during the hottest summer nights!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle;



To complete the living area we find a comfortable corner sofa and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed, dressers and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes.



The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.



The bathroom has a shower with glass box, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.



The apartment has a private outdoor parking space and also a place into the garage reserved for you.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
