Guarded in a small village, there is a typical Salento house that has been beautifully restored with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The building, on two floors, is internally presented as follows: graceful barrel entrance hall with living area on the right and central access staircase to the first floor where we find the sleeping area.
The living area has an air-conditioned living room equipped with sofa and LCD TV, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In the sleeping area we find a second complete bathroom and also equipped with a washing machine and two bedrooms.
The main bedroom on the first floor has a third service bathroom and a small terrace with independent access via an external staircase.
Tastefully furnished and well equipped property. Each room is embellished with valuable details such as the star and barrel vaulted features, the antique floors in colored marble slabs, the exposed carparo, the stone sinks and the beautiful set kitchen.
A few steps away and without taking the car you will find all the services at your fingertips: supermarkets, restaurants, taverns and bars, fishmongers, pharmacies, post offices, ATMs, optics, fruit and vegetable shops, butchers, etc.
We also point out the weekly market every Saturday morning. It is possible to reach the sea on foot in 15 minutes along the Ciolo path, one of the most evocative of Salento. From the path you reach the locality of the same name where you will find a beautiful natural bay enclosed by high overhanging rocks that protect the location from bad weather and rough sea giving a breathtaking spectacle and calm and crystalline waters.
