🏡 Spacious, bright, and perfect for families or groups of friends! The house features a large living room with a double sofa bed and direct access to the terrace 🌞, an open and fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom , one bedroom with three single beds , and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub 🛁 and one with a shower 🚿.

📍 It’s not located in the town center, but supermarkets and bars are easily reachable nearby.

Ideal for those looking for space, peace, and convenience!

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, feel free to contact us through the same channel — we’re available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely and without time constraints.

• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom


⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).


⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.”
If you plan to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access hours.
In any case, you’ll find paid parking 🅿️ in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊


👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a baby crib and highchair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens


🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly


🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price


♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the local recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash
• If not, a €30 fee will be applied

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
