Wonderful place and fantastic owner and staff
Wonderful - this place is beautiful, peaceful, offers great Spanish food and wine, and has fantastic, lovely people looking after you from you arrive to you leave. We stayed as a family of 4 with kids aged 6 and 9, and it was the best days of our holiday in France and Spain (Barcelona). The peace and quiet and fantastic setting and house, and again - the wonderful owner and her staff made us want to stay even longer :-) The house itself is beautiful and charming, and the big shady terrasse is great all day, as is the small pool, and the house has some four legged residents that our buys loved - the donkeys, the cats, the dog - it felt so much like home away from home. It is close enough to the highway to be convenient, but far enough away that you do not register it. Barcelona is a short drive away, and if you want to do some shopping the La Roca Village is less than 10 minutes away. Barcelona can also be reached by train, which is also close by. When leaving we felt like saying goodbye after a stay in good friends house, and we will definitely visit again. We loved every second of our stay.
