Studio with garden, near Station, Center Alkmaar

Studio with a garden and an ideal location.

- It’s less than a 5-minute walk to Central Station
(Train to AMSTERDAM: 35 min) (Bus to the BEACH: 20 min)
- A 5-minute walk takes you to the bustling CENTER of Alkmaar. The supermarket is also just a short walk away.

The studio is located in an extremely friendly neighborhood with its own entrance, and you have access to the garden, which gets sun all day long from the moment you wake up.
Another feature that adds to the sense of security is that the main entrance is a "locked" gate leading to the accommodation.

It also features a small kitchen with a refrigerator (90L capacity), microwave, egg cooker, coffee, tea, a smoothie maker, and various other amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible... (Please note: no stove)
(Tip: There’s a bakery at the end of the street and a produce stand around the corner... And the local supermarket is also a 5-minute walk away)

The studio has a beautiful dining area that lets in plenty of sunlight through its lovely French doors opening onto the garden.

The luxurious bathroom features a spacious shower with a bidet toilet. Towels, etc., are all provided for your use.

In addition, the living room is equipped with a luxurious sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a sideboard with games.
