“complaint”

I always check reviews and don't see how anyone could find a complaint with this hotel.

“Good Choice”

Growing up in the area, I always knew of the hotel but never had a reason to stay. I've since moved away and needed to return for a wedding. The hotel was the perfect choice. I've stayed at many hotels, east to west, and I'm very happy with the service and hospitality at the White Columns Inn. If I need a hotel in the area, it will be the only place I consider.

“I would stay there again.”

Although we arrived late as predicted, we had to do business through a window from outside. It was cold and windy and almost unbearable probably because of our age and handicaps. It would have been easier and better for me specifically because I have to have the aid of a walker and/or cane, to do business inside the lobby much easier and better for me.

“A very pleasant stay.”

We were very pleased with our acommodations, the staff and the cleanlines of our room. The breakfast was delicious. We were didappointed that dinner was not being served at the hotel.

“Great value”

Easy parking and close to food and gas. Just off I-26. Pool was nice and breakfast was great.

“Probably would visit again”

Check in was good, Breakfast buffet was great, only problem was we were suppose to have a non smoking room and it smelled like old smoking room. Over all it was good.

“Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff”

The hotel staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Their knowledge of the surrounding community helped facilitate the successful completion of the task I was in town to accomplish. I appreciate their assistance.

Breakfast was great! Bathroom was moldy.

“Disappointing for Best Western Reputation”

Very disappointing, the quality of room cleaniness and appearance. Location was good and hotel personnel was professional. Think is was just an old building.

“Uncomfortable small bed.”

I requested 2 full size beds and was given 1 hard uncomfortable full. the bed was hard and small. When I questioned front desk, lady said that this must have been all that is availiable. I told her that two women sharing 1 full was quite uncomfortable and that I would have settled happily for a queen but not a full. Her response, our fulls are our queens. REALLY!
