The studio apartment for two people located on the ground floor of a family house in the Umag-Komunela district. Sunny location 900 m from the center of Umag and 2200 m from the sandy beaches of Punta.

The studio apartment has a kitchen equipped with a three-burner stove and an electric one, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine and kettle, dining table with chairs. The living area has two single beds pushed together, flat-screen satellite TV, wardrobe, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bed and bathroom linen is provided. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine, bidet, sink with mirror, toilet and hairdryer. At the entrance there is a private terrace equipped with table and chairs.

In the fenced garden there is a children's playground with slide, swing and trampoline and a barbecue area available for common use. Free public parking is in front of the house and you have to cross the main road to reach it.

*Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is allowed on the balcony or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

Komunela-Umag
The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort due to its proximity to the center and the seafront, while the car or bicycle is recommended to reach the beaches.
The center of Umag can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
