Step into the middle of summer in this cozy cabin, a joyful riot of colour inside and out. A spacious kitchen, living and dining area is bedecked in brightly coloured trimmings and cosy furnishings, overflowing with natural light from its many windows, while the gardens offers plenty of space to sprawl about.

Sample the best of coastal living in this property. Beaches with clear blue waters dot the coastline like a string of pearls, while The Esplanade hosts restaurants on every stripe.

In this quirky one-bedroom cabin, every day feels like summer.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is flooded with natural light from wide windows offering back garden views, accentuating the leafy decals plastered across the walls. Brightly coloured couches and ottoman create a cozy living space, perfect for curling up at night to read a good book or watch some TV.

An oval dining table and three bright blue dining chairs close to the kitchen is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast.

In the sunny, spacious back garden, a swing suspended from one of the boughs of a giant leafy tree is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the summery breeze. In the morning, sit on the wicker egg chairs on the small back porch and enjoy a coffee from the Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Enjoy a BBQ dinner under the stars at the outdoor dining table with space for six.

The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed for a refreshing sleep, and the bathroom includes a bath and shower combination, toilet and sink.

PARKING in the driveway or the street.

FOOD Help yourself to everything. Bread is in the freezer.

DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout including emptying the dishwasher.

PETS Keep pets out of bedrooms and off furniture. Clean up after your animals before you check out. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the organic waste bin with green lid. No plastic bags in there please.

SMOKING Outside only. Ashtrays on table downstairs and under the kitchen sink.

BBQ Enjoy the barbecue. We always aim to have it full but if you run out of gas you can exchange the bottle at service stations. Clean the barbecue after use and before checkout otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement.

BINS If you are a longer-stay guest, please put bins out Friday.
