Beautiful South Island, Fully Remodeled, 3 Bedroom Escape with Sunroom

This beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located south-island, less than 2 miles from Saint Simon Island's beautiful beaches. Nestled along the Georgia coast, Saint Simons is known for it's majestic oak trees covered in Spanish moss, scenic and peaceful marshes, and is a lively and welcoming beach town. This house features all modern amenities including an updated kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and marble backsplash, gorgeous wood plank floors throughout the home, new lighting, and stylish, yet cozy furniture and decor.

The bedrooms are all well decorated and appointed, providing the perfect sanctuary for your vacation. The Master Bedroom is spacious with a large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom (with a shower / tub combo), and a vanity outside of the bathroom to make it easy to get ready. There is plenty of storage and extra space in the Master Bedroom. The second and third bedrooms each feature a large closet, queen bed, and plenty of extra drawer storage space. These bedrooms share a bathroom (which is not connected to either--making it quieter, and easier for you to get ready), that features a tub / shower combo.

The house also features a beautiful sunroom, that provides a quiet place to relax--whether you enjoy reading, drinking coffee in quiet, need a workspace, or want to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The house has a wonderful laundry room inside the condo as well that guests are welcome to use. This gated condo complex includes a pool, gym, and tennis courts, all awaiting you right outside the front door. Conveniently located on the island, it is within walking distance to Redfern Village, and two miles from the Pier Village.

Saint Simons is known for their amazing restaurants and there are plenty of options for shopping, close by. In addition, there are countless activities for outdoor loves from exploring parks and monuments from Christ Church, Fort Frederica, Wesley Memorial Gardens, Cannon's Point Preserve, the Guale Preserve, and the Saint Simons Lighthouse. Finally, Saint Simons is known for its golfing community. Guests are welcome to play at the King and Prince Golf Course (also known as the Hampton Point Course) and the Sea Palms Course (guests can book this through the public rate). This condo is the perfect vacation spot for families, couples or friends.

The condo was very nice. Very comfortable. Fully stocked with all the basics for cooking. bathrooms we nice except water pressure in showers was low. Pool was nice. Parking convenient.

Great stay!

Condo is just as described in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, probably one of the cleanest rentals we have ever gotten. It’s in a great location. The beach is about a 7-8 min drive away. We would stay again if we visit the area.

Home away from home

We had booked this property for a long weekend beginning of October. The week before we had a hurricane that left much destruction in its path. We were without electric, water, and internet. I messaged to ask if it was available prior to our stay. Courtney confirmed they had electric and internet and got the house cleaned immediately for us to arrive on a Sunday evening. She worked with us to continue our stay a few days at a time for two weeks when she had another booking. We have stayed in many places, but this one is the closest to feeling at home you will find. The attention to every detail is above and beyond. The kitchen had everything I needed plus bonuses like a blender for smoothies and a crock pot for comfort meals. The decor is on point and very relaxing with all of the driftwood and shells. The sofa is perfect for movie night with the family. The beds were very comfortable. Courtney is a superb host and her communication is timely, helpful, and concise. When we arrived she took the time to send me a list of restaurants that had power and were open on a Sunday night. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying at this place again and again.

Everything was perfect! The condo was very clean and we all had enough room. The location was great, very close to the beach and resturants. Overall me and my family were very pleased. The hostess was extremely helpful and answered all of my many questions ! We will definitely be staying there again!

The best

This is by far my new go to vacation rental on SSI. Clean, updated, and very comfortable. I don’t want to put to good of a review because then the bookings would fill up and I wouldn’t be able to get my stays in! 😂

Great Condo

This quiet and secluded condo was so convenient to everything and everywhere we needed to go. The 3br/2ba condo was beautiful and extremely clean. All we needed to bring were our food and clothes! Everything else was supplied. Great host!

Enjoyed the stay. We were there for one of our kids 30th Birthday. Beds were comfortable and place had lot's of room. Really loved the sun room. Pool was never crowded and had lots of lounge chairs.

Our first stay

Courtlyn’s unit was as described and we couldn’t have chosen better for our very first trip to Saint Simons Island! The condo has everything you need and the property/complex is well maintained and easy to get to. East Beach was by far our favorite and a 5 minute drive with loads of public parking! Pier Village (also a quick drive from the unit) was also our favorite with lots of restaurants, shops, lighthouse and tree spirits. Highly recommended from our family!!!!!

A Good Experience

Property was nice, well maintained, and furnished. The pool was good; my great-granddaughter loved it. A couple things: The railings on the exterior stairwell are rough; the bathtubs with no grab bars or seat or something to hold onto that would make them safer for older adults, especially, and to be able to wash feet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit, making sure to advise that it's a second floor unit with steps.

Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is conveniently located near chain and local restaurants making it even more fun for kids to have some independence. It’s driving distance to beaches but parking was easy at East Beach.
