Locally inspired decor and a gas fireplace create an inviting Southwestern aesthetic in the main living area. Stream movies on the 75” smart TV or simply kick back and admire the impressive view. Make yourself comfortable in the second living area, outfitted with a wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV. The kitchen offers granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the island bar then gather for meals at the dining area. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer as well as a ping-pong set, darts, and cornhole games in the heated garage.

Upscale comfort awaits in the primary suite, appointed with a king bed and a smart TV. Direct backyard access makes it easy to enjoy the fresh air at any time. The en-suite bathroom includes a deep jetted bathtub and an extra-large walk-in shower. The second suite features a king bed, a smart TV, a laptop-friendly desk, and access to the front courtyard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The third suite holds two XL twin beds and two twins in a trundle. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bathroom adds convenience.

The covered patio offers comfy lounge furniture, a hot tub, a wood-burning fireplace, and a gas grill. The swinging bench and lounge furniture provide a peaceful perch from which to admire the sprawling view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and enjoy the bubbling water features in the garden.

Your vacation home offers a scenic mountain location within a 15-minute drive of the heart of Santa Fe. Explore the plaza, art museums, and a host of local restaurants. In the winter, drive to Ski Santa Fe for a day on the slopes.

THINGS TO KNOW
Access to this single-level home is via four exterior steps.
The fireplace in the primary suite is not operational.
The Santa Fe County short-term rental ordinance limits occupancy to two per bedroom, or six (6) people over the age of five (5) for this home. The twin trundle beds may be used for additional children aged five (5) and under. The daytime occupancy limit is twelve (12) people over the age of five.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
