The picture of the desk is inaccurate and misleading. Instead of a receptionist, there is a big camera and a sign '€300 fine for damaging the camera'. Nobody is onsite to assist customers - email or app only.
The toilet ran constantly and loudly and had been for months - a hard water stain ran down into the bowl. Our email to Rebecca asking for it to be fixed was never answered.
The bedspread had not been washed, showed suspicious white stains. Sheets seemed clean, but threadbare.
The booking process was complicated - multiple errors (including three accidental $17k mischarges) and the dates were changed without our approval. We asked for a cancellation due to this an it was denied.
