HOME OVERVIEW:
This is the only beach house with a Foam Daddy cannon! Let loose your inner kid and join the foam. This will be a vacation you'll be talking about for years to come. Message us for more details on pricing.

Pet Friendly! $75/pet up to two pets.

This is a spacious 4-bedroom, open-concept vacation home with 6 beds including a luxury Japanese folding mattress stored in the closet. We're just a short 4-minute walk from paradise (the beach) and a 4-minute drive from the Big Store (the local grocery store). Keys are provided by a lockbox, just come right in! We even have an elevator (only enabled upon request for a $35 fee). Our wrap-around porch has been voted the best feature of our home. We've also upgraded to a massive 10-seater, solid wood dining table. Perfect for family dinners and board games (which we supply).

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom #1- 1 King bed (sleeps 2), dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom with built-in dedicated vanity and dual-headed shower, and built-in shower bench
Bedroom #2 - 2 Queen beds (sleeps 4), dresser, ceiling fan
Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2), dresser, ceiling fan, Queen Japanese folding mattess stored in closet (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #4 - 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2), dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan

BATHROOMS:
Bathroom #1 - Part of the master bedroom. Has a huge walk-in-shower with independent showerheads, a dedicated vanity counter, stool, hairdryer, and bathroom towels
Bathroom #2 - Walk-in-shower with wide-area shower head
Outdoor shower: Great for rinsing sand and saltwater off after a long day at the beach.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Includes shaved ice machine, dishwasher, premium gas stove, Keurig coffee maker, coffee mugs, crockpot, knife set, cutting boards, pizza stone, eating utensils, cookie sheets (for those homemade cookies after the beach), casserole dishes, mixing bowls, plates+bowels+cups+utensils, and a high-chair.

LIVING AREA:
Large smart TV perfect for watching sports. A comfortable couch and 2 leather power recliners! An arcade machine. Also included are some of our family's favorite board games: Giant Jenga, Cornholes, Uno, Mexican Train, and more.

PARKING:
The private drive can easily fit 3 vehicles.

OUTSIDE:
Upstairs: This home has a large wrap-around deck with an outdoor couch, gas fire pit, and plenty of chairs. There's also plenty of shade provided by the large overhangs. Wanting to grill? Our propane grill will help you out!

Downstairs: There's a picnic table and chairs. Please use the outdoor shower to clean off the sand and saltwater before going inside as washing off indoors can cause clogs and erosion.

GENERAL: Amenities include free WIFI, central air conditioning, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, washer and dryer, detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this house! The shave ice was a big hit with the kids, and the home was spacious and comfortable. The host stayed in touch the entire time, making everything easy. We’ll definitely be booking again!

A Wonderful Getaway

We wanted to plan one last getaway for us and our youngest daughter's family. Something for the grandkids and new parents before school and work picked back up. This beach house was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have found a better place in terms of space and comfort. With four large bedrooms, five beds, and a spacious kitchen, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with necessities. If you like to cook, just be sure to bring any special spices you may need.The beach is only three short blocks away, making it easy to come and go as we pleased. One of our favorite spots was the deck—it was the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee, enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon, and wind down with evening conversations.Communication with Chris, the owner, was smooth and enjoyable. He responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had.A wonderful place for making memories. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Christopher, the host, is fabulous.

This was going to be a bittersweet trip... my Dad was diagnosed with cancer and this was likely his last birthday celebration so we decided on a family beach trip. As my parenrs are over 80 we selected this house for the location and elevator access. The house is stunning! To our dismay there was a malfunction of the elevator when we arrived. I messaged Chris and in less than 30 minutes he had a local assistant there carrying their luggage,etc up the stairs, and in less than 2 hours there was a man on site working on the elevator. Things break at houses, especially when you add in the salty sea air, but the quick response and great communication from the host was above and beyond any expectation I had. I have no idea how he got someone there so quickly. My family was able to make some amazing memories while we were there that we will always treasure.

17th Birthday

This property was perfect for my daughter’s 17th Birthday beach bash!! It comfortably slept all of her friends and myself! I was able to bring my fur babies which made it even more perfect!!! We was a short drive/walk to the beach which made it easy to commute back and forth if we needed anything. The host communicated quickly and answered all questions and concerns. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend to anyone interested!!

Great week away

The stay was great. We had a great time with our family. The host is really great with communication. There were a few things but honestly it didn’t hinder our vacation. I understand most of the owners of these homes put a lot of trust into the cleaners and I would definitely be shopping around for a new cleaner. I mentioned to Chris about the downstairs not being cleaned. After some time his cleaner did come and hose it off with a water hose which didn’t do much. It was fine because we didn’t end up sitting downstairs but it was just pretty sad she couldn’t atleast attempt to wipe the bird poop off the chairs. I also wish the ice maker worked in the ice box that was a bummer but again nothing that got in the way of a good vacation. I loved the house and aside from what I feel is a cleaning crew issue I would stay again. The house fit all our needs and Chris seems to always be willing to help out.

First family vaca

The house was perfect for our big family. Has an elevator which was great for my 86 yr old papaw with a bad knee. Beach is walking distance! House was furnished with everything we needed for cooking! Master shower is amazing! Will rent again.

Beautifully Decorated

This beautiful house is nicely decorated. I was in love with the INSIDE furniture and decor. The artwork was stunning. My only issue is that the place was not clean and some of the amenities were not functioning properly. Because of the beauty of the home and it’s location, I would stay again but I hope it’s cleaned and checked by management before I arrive.

Annual Family Beach Vacay!

My husband and I rent a beach cabin every year for all the kids and grandkids to come stay for the week. We were so bummed when our regular cabin was sold at the beginning of the year and we scrambled to find another with enough space for our family of 12. Location and space is everything to us so when this cabin came open for the week we needed I booked without hesitation and I’m super glad I did. We had the best time. The cabin was clean and spacious. The artwork and decor was all well planned and perfectly placed. The host was extremely responsive to everything asked and would periodically check in to make sure we had all we needed. We rent cabins about 4 times a year and would not hesitate booking again when we need extra space. Im always a little sad to leave when we’ve had such fun family time together.

We rented this house for our family vacation to Crystal Beach this summer and it was absolutely perfect! The house was huge and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner and his property manager, Tammie, we’re amazing. We had a few unavoidable hiccups during our stay(like the power going out for a few hours on the entire peninsula and the trash company forgetting to pick up the trash on the right day) and they did everything in their power to keep us comfortable and informed and get the situation resolved. Their communication and assistance through our whole stay was amazing. I’ve never had that type of service with a rental (and we visit the peninsula every year… sometimes twice a year) before and we appreciated it so much!! They were so kind! We had the best time and we will definitely try to book this one again for next time! Oh, and that master bed is so dang comfortable. Lol. I slept like a baby😴

Room for the whole family!

Book it! House is exactly as described and close to the beach. We had more than enough room for 4 kids under the age of 4 and 8 adults. Everyone really enjoyed the open floor plan. Great upper and lower patios with plenty of seating. Very easy walk to the beach and right up the street from the big store. Easy check in and out and the information provided by Chris was so helpful.

Wonderful Family Rental

This is a beautiful beach cabin. My family and I had a fantastic time relaxing and spending time together on the wraparound deck. Christopher was and excellent host. I would also like to mention how wonderful his crew is that cleans up when the renters leave. My sister lost her wedding ring and thought it had fallen off in the bed. I messaged Christopher and Tammy and they had found it with in an hour of me messaging them. It is very uplifting to know there are still such honest people! Thank you!

Beautiful home

We loved this home. Most of the time it was just hubby and I. But we had a dinner party of 8 one night, and a huge family reunion on Saturday. Christopher was so thoughtful, and got a large table in advance of our stay. Beach is close, house roomy and comfy!

Fantastic

They property was great, clean, spacious, plenty of parking. We had 2 side x sides, 2 trailers, 2 trucks, and a car and still had room to enjoy the porch area downstairs. The host was responsive and did a jam up job. Would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving is better at the beach

Renting this property was the best decision we made to celebrate Thanksgiving under 1 roof. We arrived and the place was exactly as pictured. Because we had 3 small ones under 3 we had brought everything we thought we might need, but the house was fully stocked. The host was so accommodating. He called to check in on us. The kicker was it rained the entire Thanksgiving weekend. We were able to take the boys to the beach..5 min walk..and they collected shells. It was the highlight of the trip. We have decided we will rent again and hopefully the weather will cooperate. We still had an awesome time. It felt like home
