Spacious 4 floor + finished basement downtown home! 4br/3ba ~3,000 sq/ft of the finest living! Perfect for traveling business partners, families, or groups visiting the beautiful City of Brotherly Love! Incredible rooftop deck with skyline view. Relaxing living room to unwind! Free street parking without time limit. Walking distance to Rittenhouse Square, Passyunk Square (top 10 foodie street in USA)! Space to accommodate groups of 2-16+! Bluetooth speaker, projector, and smart house system!

The Space:
First floor: Comfortable open concept living room with a TV with 2 sofa beds. Kitchen equipped with adequate cooking supplies and basic spices! Coffee machine with coffee provided. Office work space with projector and desk lamps.

Second floor: Two bedrooms with Queen-sized memory foam mattresses and floor mattresses. Full bathroom. All rooms with walk-in private closet.

Third floor: Master bedroom with walk-in closet and a full bathroom. One Queen bed, a sofa bed, and a floor mattress available.

Fourth floor: Large deck and outdoor seating (can't be beat during the warmer months!). Enjoy the perfect view of Philadelphia from the top of this house!

Basement: 1 Queen bed, a sofa bed, and a floor mattress. Large space with full bathroom.

Newly renovated home with high end furniture and quality amenities!

Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet before VRBO's taxes and fees

Such a wonderful property in the most walkable city in all of America. The host was easy to communicate with and while sometimes we had to park a few blocks away. We did get a spot right outside the townhouse as well. Cute and clean, i would definitely recommend this place !

The house was very clean and spacious. The rooftop area was awesome. A grocery store on the corner - very nearby. The owner was exceptional and very responsive to questions and quickly resolved a few issues we experienced. We would definitely stay there again!

A group of us stayed at the house for a reunion. It was very accommodating for a larger group. We loved the rooftop view and having lots of space. Please just note that if you plan on using the “floor mattresses” provided to proceed with caution. They all desperately need to be replaced and are full of stains. They are also not extremely supportive. Additionally, there is hardly any extra room in the house to even put the floor mattresses. The patio cushions were also torn and almost unusable so we didn’t spend as much time on the patio as we thought we would. Overall a great place to stay, though, and everyone was happy.

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead

The house is a convenient walk to the subway and near some fabulous food spots including Rosario's. Everything was clean and in good order! Thanks!

We had a good time at the place. It is convenient with everything you need throughout the house. The only uncomfortable place in the house is the basement. It is quite noisy for sleeping. Other than that, this place is great!

Vananh’s property was beautiful and at a great location! Almost every room had a smart tv so we could play music and the amenities were very nice. The location was perfect for us but parking was a hassle, which seems common in Philly and not unique to the property. A lot of damp/smelly towels and linens were left in the dryer and there was no detergent or dryer sheets to start a new load. The floor mattresses were also very low on the floor, small, and had stains on them so air mattresses would’ve been preferred. The rooms were also tight for 16 guests but we made it work for a weekend. I notified Vananh about these issues immediately and she addressed my concerns right away. I appreciated her quick responses and hope that she’ll welcome us for our annual retreat again!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 8. There were plenty of beds and in addition to the beds there were several bamboo foldout mattresses that our teens loved sleeping on. The area is full of other similar renovated homes. Everything in the house was perfect. We LOVED it!

We rented this property for a college reunion and were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the house and the great way it suited us. The unit was well maintained and clean. We especially enjoyed the roof deck and spent 2 lovely evenings up there. The check in and check out processes were simple and the owner responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

The property has four queen bedrooms. The online listing advertises that it can accommodate up to 16 guests. This is only true if your group includes at least four couples who can share the beds with the other guests sleeping on floor mattresses or couches. This was a big problem for my travel delegation comprised of 13 unrelated adult men. The icemaker on the refrigerator didn't work properly during the entire stay, the WiFi was very spotty, and parking in the neighborhood was awful. For these reasons we give the property a rating of 3.5 stars.

I definitely think that the owners should be more concerned with the cleanliness of the property. It was neat and things were put away, but it didn't seem like it was very clean. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped, the showers/bath tubs needed to be wiped down better. There were clothes left in the washer and dryer when we arrived that we have to fold and take care of. We had to go buy some pans to be able to cook a meal. There were pans, but they weren't big enough for a party of 8 to cook a meal. This was our second VRBO booking of our trip and definitely our least favorite.

New property on a street undergoing lots of renovation. Daytime construction noise did not bother us, as we were out and about all day. Very little in the way of coffee shops and neighborhood eateries. 15 minute walk to Passyunk avenue provided great opps for that. House is clean, well appointed and well lit. As with rentals I always appreciate some local info provided - map, grocery location, how to use TV, HVAC. Those were not provided here. Lock is tricky - once you know how to do it- you’re fine, but upfront knowledge about how to do it would be great. Lyft had no trouble getting us into City Center.

Our family gathered at the home for a graduation. We loved the house. It was very clean, safe and close to the venue for graduation. We had no problem using Uber and Lift to get around the city from the address. We had a great time and thank you Ms. Vu for your help. We would definitely stay here again!
