Located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features:
One bedroom with a double bed and another with a sofa bed

## Emplacement
Indivisible from the famous district of the Marais which also extends over most of the 4th arrondissement and which constitutes the quieter part, the 3rd arrondissement is one of the places of Paris the most pleasant to live, as long as you like calm.
"Sophisticated village", the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market and numerous specialized food shops, notably along Rue de Bretagne.

BEWARE OF THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY

I have delayed writing this review for fear of retribution from the management company. My daughter and I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. The location is excellent and the apartment itself could be wonderful. The check-in process was great- we were able to get in early. However, the place was filthy- floors were grimy, dirty dishes in dishwasher, linens thrown in corners, the rail of the stairwell had been ripped of and there were large holes in the wall. Half used toiletries in the bathroom, and wet towels in the washing machine made us uneasy. The weirdest thing was that the shower had no glass door but there was a cardboard box of shattered glass (with chrome pieces like hinges and handles) in the bathroom. There were clean linens and 2 towels on each bed, though, so someone had come, not cleaned, and left linens. I called the management company and asked that they send their cleaner over that afternoon and they assured me they would, but nobody came. I personally scrubbed the hardwood floors and stairs myself and the sponge came up black with dirt several times. They had obviously never been properly cleaned. The next morning we used the towels after showering and hung them on the hooks in the bathroom. I called again and requested that someone come and clean. That evening we returned and someone had indeed come and cleaned, but they took our towels and didn't return them! Several calls to the management company later, I gave up and purchased two towels to use. It was so stressful and weird, and we were worried that they would keep our deposit- I'm still not sure whether they have released it from the sketchy app they use to 'check in'. My recommendation is that, if you need to rent this place, you document everything you see immediately and just clean it yourself instead of dealing with hostnfly. We ended up reaching out to VRBO for backup and they were wonderful.

Nice Location and Decor

The home is done in a more modern décor and is designed to accommodate as many as four adults. It’s located a block from the metro in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. Be aware, however, that it is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, with most of the apartment on the 5th. There is no elevator in the building. You should also know that the only bathroom is located on the lower level, and most of the living space is on the upper floor. Also, the light switch to light up the interior apartment stairwell used to get to the bathroom is just beyond a number of small steps exiting the bedroom area, thus, making it a bit dangerous unless you leave a kitchen light on all night. Although the kitchen has most of the items you might need, there are no dish towels. There are no closets in the apartment for hanging clothes. Also, there are only enough bath towels for two people. And there are no top sheets for either the bed or the sofa bed. It has a decent size washing machine but no clothes dryer, although it does have a bathroom heated towel bar that may help dry some clothes. The only tv viewing area is in the dedicated bedroom area, but it only accommodates one person comfortably by way of a white chaise lounge chair positioned beside the television. Unfortunately, the chair is quite dirty. You can watch the television from the bed, but the small screen (24 inch at best) is about 25 feet from the bed. The only eating table is in the same bedroom space; it. Has five chairs, and two leaves, but the table leaves don’t fit together well leaving spaces between the leaves. The second sleeping area is a very uncomfortable sofa bed on the lower level. When opened into a bed, it poses a fire hazard as the exterior door into the apartment, as well as the door from the hallway to the sitting area become blocked making egress difficult. There is only one portable fan for the apartment, thus, leaving one of the two sleeping areas without circulation. In the summer, the apartment gets quite hot.
