Spend the day sunbathing in one of the 10 sun loungers that surround the pool while you listen to the sounds of the calming waterfall from the water slide. Upon entering the ground floor, you will find a master suites with king-sized bed with its own ensuite bathroom and SMART TVs. Head on up to the second floor and you will find 5 more master suits with king beds, SMART TVs and ensuites, 1 more suites that include 2 double beds, SMART TVs and ensuites and then find a massive 10 bed bunk suite with 2 full bathrooms with a SMART TV. The fun will never stop with a massive slide that slides just off the bunk suite from the second floor down to the first-floor arcade where you'll find yourself immersed in a fully-equipped arcade, complete with, dual Lane Masters ( mini bowling), dual Racing, air hocky and multi arcade game counsel.. This villa is ideal for entertaining with two private games rooms and a home media center. Play a round of knockout in the indoor basketball court or play a game of pool on the 7-Foot Pool table, or grab a drink from the centrally located themed media room wet bar. Are you in the mood to relax and watch a movie instead grab some popcorn and have a movie night the whole family can enjoy in the media room.

This house is located in a gated community that has some private amenities that you will not have access to such as a small water park, golf and a putt putt course. We have taken great care to build this masterpiece with with plenty of fun including the largest private pool with slide and oversized spa, an awesome arcade with full size commercial machines, a basketball court, ect, ect. If you are looking for other attractions and amenities we will be happy to provide you a list of local public golf courses, water parks and putt putt.
