The house was dirty. Sheets and mattress covers were stained with dried urine, roaches were crawling around in the bedroom and kitchen, an open jar of used grease was on the shelf with the dishes, dirty cooking lids were in the oven, a pile of dirty dishes and old food was in the cabinet under the sink in the upstairs bathroom, smelly wet towels were in the dryer, the grill was disgusting with old food items and caked on grease, the handle was missing on the microwave, 3 propane tanks were nearby and all were empty, the sofas were stained with some food or body fluid substances, the outside trash can was overflowing with trash (some of which was on the ground), the TV was set up for foreign language, and someone came by during our stay to disconnect and replace the internet boxes which rendered the TV useless.With all of this, I called the local management office twice asking for someone to come fix he deficiencies and was told they would but no one did. We tolerated it as we had no where else to go. I request at least a 1 night refund and have heard nothing. We have never had a problem with rent my through Vrbo and will continue to do so. However, if Vacasa is involved, we will not recommend it. Multiple photos at the time of check in was sent to the property manager.
